Privacy Policy — CloseOnSite

CloseOnSite is a LifeNode product. Contact: soporte@lifenode.io.

Data we collect

• Account: business name, email and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Work content: job-site photos you upload, generated renders, line items and proposals, and the client's name and signature when they sign a proposal.
• Technical data: IP address, device type and usage events (Google Analytics 4, using cookies).

How we use it

• To provide the service: generate visualizations, create proposals and collect signatures.
• To operate and improve the platform (aggregated usage metrics).
• To contact you about your account.

Who we share it with

• Google: photos are processed with Google AI models (Gemini) to generate renders; analytics via Google Analytics.
• Stripe: payment processing once paid plans are active. We never store card numbers.
• We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing soporte@lifenode.io; we will delete it within 30 days.

Minors

CloseOnSite is a professional tool intended for adults 18 and older.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
